Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead strategic sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and mentor junior team members. Your role is critical in expanding our market footprint and forging long-term partnerships with institutions and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact sales presentations and negotiations with CXOs, deans, and HR heads.
  • Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans and outreach campaigns.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for feature enhancements.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales associates and executives.
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
  • Deep understanding of institutional sales cycles and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi and English, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in edtech, HR tech domains preferred.
